HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
COVID-19 SHIPPING: Due to the ongoing pandemic, orders are exceptionally delayed, and shipping may take 7-25 business days. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. All orders are routed to dispatch immediately after the order is placed. We cannot cancel orders after they are placed; I AM Inspired Creations items are custom made.
Normal processing/shipping time is 7-14 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS.
Please note I AM Inspired Creations is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled, or misplaced by USPS.
If you are using PayPal, please ensure that the shipping address is correct before checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number and contact the parcel carrier directly for updates.
Some items may be shipped from different facilities; and will be shipped separately.
- HOW IS SIZING?
All t-shirts and hoodies/sweatshirts are unisex, which means they run larger. ALL customers are responsible for reading product descriptions and reviewing size charts before purchases.
ALL figures and sizes are different. Therefore, sizes are NOT guaranteed. Please see the product description and size chart for each item for reference.

- CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Effective August 2020: Due to COVID-19, all items are final sale. We are unable to return or exchange any item for any reason. Thank you!
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please email us with any additional questions at sales@iaicreations.com
- I CAN'T FIND THE COLOR I WANT?
All items that are listed on the website are currently in stock. Limited edition t-shirts and one-day sale color combos are not guaranteed to restock.
